The composite 4 7⁄8” thick door incorporates three layers of fireboard, while the walls, ceiling, floor, and door jambs contain dual fireboard layers for all-around thermal defense. A heat-activated expandable door seal expands up to 8 times its thickness, sealing out smoke, water, and heat during a fire event.

Constructed from 12-gauge steel, the safe resists cutting, prying, and forced entry. The door is secured by 20 solid steel locking bolts, each 1½ inches in diameter, providing four-sided bolt coverage — even on the hinge side — ensuring there are no weak points, even if the hinges are attacked.
